These terms apply to your use of severas.net (the “website”), operated by Severas L.L.C (“Severas”, “we”, “us”), Capital Golden Tower, Office 605, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about Severas, browse job listings, apply for roles and contact us. You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent;
• submit false information, or information or documents that are not yours to share;
• send spam, harmful code or automated requests, or try to access parts of the website or our systems that are not meant for you;
• copy, scrape or republish our job listings or other content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Job listings

We publish job listings in good faith, often on behalf of our clients, whose names we may keep confidential until a later stage of the process. Details such as salary, benefits, location and start date are provided by employers and may change. A role may be filled or withdrawn at any time, including while it is still shown on the website.

Applying for a role, or sending us your CV, does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or employment. Hiring decisions are made by the employer. Applying through this website is free of charge.

If someone contacts you claiming to act for Severas and you are unsure, check with us first at info@severas.net.

Information you send us

When you send us your details or CV, you confirm that the information is accurate and complete, and that you have the right to share it, including any information about other people (such as referees). We use the information as described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, the Severas name and logo, are owned by Severas or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, for example to send a job listing to a friend. Any other use requires our written permission.

Links to other websites

The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, Severas is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content, including job listings provided by employers. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
